What is the price?

Michael John's services aren't the "cheapest," but they aren't the most expensive either. He's pleased to provide Erie with exceptional service at exceptional value. Pricing is based only on the amount of playtime that you require. Don't expect costly and confusing "package bundles." At Erie DJ Entertainment quality is always included.

Will you travel outside of Erie, PA?

Services are offered to Erie, PA, Cleveland, OH, Buffalo, NY and Pittsburgh, PA areas. There are no hidden fees and travel distance within 100 miles round-trip is included. These service areas include Jamestown NY, Conneaut, OH and Meadville, PA.

How do we book your services?

For your peace-of-mind, Wedding DJ services are provided by written agreement. Contact Michael to discuss securing services or to arrange a no-obligation consultation at your convenience. You may also complete an online request above.

What kind of music do you have?

Our music collection is built around wedding entertainment, our specialty. In addition to thousands of songs on original CDs, a weekly music subscription ensures that you have access to one of the areas largest and most complete music libraries. In addition, as a client, you'll be given access to our set of complimentary music selection tools.

When do you arrive to setup? Is there any charge for this?

Setup begins 1 1/2 to 2 hours before your reception so that audio and microphones can be tested to perfection. Setup and teardown are included with your rate and are simply a part of our commitment to you.

What do you require at the banquet facility?

One 6-8 foot banquet table for setup directly near the dance floor.

How will you dress at my wedding reception?

A tuxedo is always worn unless otherwise requested.

Once we hire you, when do we finalize the planning process?

Ideally, we'll meet 2-3 months before your wedding and then once again the week prior to answer all of your questions and to fine tune important details and requests.
Of course, personal assistance is always available and just a phone call or click away.

How much of a retainer/deposit is required?

50% is required to reserve your date and the final balance is due prior to the event.

Do you also provide wedding ceremony services?

Often. If your ceremony and reception will be taking place in the same location, generally there are no additional fees.
